Fee Waiver Request
Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of our student, (your full name) I would like to request an Application Fee Waiver, because of the following circumstances:
1.The difficult economic situation in our country;
2.The continuing transition from centralized economy to free market economy, which causes decrease in income and consequent low standard of life;
(your first name) family is not an exception from this situation and also faces financial problems.
As you understand in his case the amount of the application fee is quite substantial to be paid, and I would greatly appreciate it if you pay attention to these circumstances and allow the student to apply without paying the application fee.
